Established in 2009, Palladium has prided itself in being the leader of high rise window cleaning throughout New York City. Our employees are highly experienced and thoroughly trained in the use of various suspended scaffolding systems, BMU’s, aerial lifts and supported scaffolding. All field employees and members of our management team undergo thorough training on the latest safety rules, regulations and best work practices to ensure each job is completed with the upmost quality and equal levels of safety precautions. JUSTIN LEISENHEIMER

Senior Vice President, Sales

Justin Leisenheimer joined Palladium Window Solutions in 2017, serving as its Sales Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales, managing existing client relationships and generating new business. Prior to joining Palladium Window Solutions, Justin was the Director of Operations of Titanium Scaffold Services where he managed the company’s operations.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Maine where he majored in Advertising and Public Relations. Mr. Leisenheimer is an active supporter of numerous charities and is on the committee for the enCourage Kids Foundation.

ANDREW HORTON

Safety Director

Andrew Horton is one of the original founders of Palladium Window Solutions. Serving as Safety Director since our inception in 2009 - he directs, develops, and oversees all safety policies and procedures for the organization. Andy ensures the workplace is in compliance with all state and city industry specific rules and regulations. Andy has over 33 years of experience working in the window washing industry, including 25 years as a safety instructor. Mr. Horton is a DOB approved OSHA outreach trainer and is responsible for the training of all 32BJ window washers. Mr. Horton is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
